Top Notch Barbershop was established in 2002 by Mr. Joseph Sanford Sr. whom was born and raised in Zachary, La. Joseph graduated from Zachary High School at the top of his class of 1985, In 1989 he graduated from barber college and received his Louisiana barber license and in 1991 he went on to marry his wife Clarissa Sanford.. In 1992 Joseph opened his first barber & beauty shop in Baton Rouge, La until 2001. From 2001-2002 he was a supervisor at c-style Barbershop in Baton Rouge, until he opened Top Notch Barbershop in 2002.

Top Notch Barbershop has been in the Baton Rouge community for 20+ years! Top Notch is home to many well known barbers in Baton Rouge, Houston, etc. Top Notch Barbershop is known for our expertise and performance of various high quality cuts throughout different types and styles of hair. Top Notch is still thriving in the baton rouge community and always accepting new clientele!
